Bria Hines, ALC

Therapist under the supervision of Patrice Thomas (Supervision License # SC03237)

I’m Bria, an Associate Licensed Therapist in Alabama, specializing in helping teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges—whether you're struggling in school, at work, with family, or in social settings. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps, I’m here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward healing and growth.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Pathology and a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Montevallo. I’ve also worked with children, parents, and families dealing with chronic illness, mental health issues, and disabilities, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of how different stresses can impact your life and relationships.

I deeply understand the struggles that come with anxiety and depression, having experienced them myself. Through my own journey, I’ve gained valuable skills and insights into how to cope with life’s toughest moments—and my goal is to share these with you. I believe in practicing what I preach, so I make it a priority to see my own therapist, focus on holistic well-being, and work on becoming the best version of myself.

In our work together, I’ll support you in building emotional strength, navigating relationships more confidently, and creating positive change in your life. Whether you’re dealing with school stress, work pressure, family challenges, or feeling lost in social situations, I’m here to guide you in finding clarity, healing, and a path forward.

If you’re ready to overcome the struggles you’re facing and start working toward a more fulfilling life, I’d love to partner with you on that journey.
