Our Team

  • LaNitra Jeter, ALC under the supervision of Oddesty K Langham, LPC-S (Supervision License # SC03430)

I’m an Associate Licensed Therapist offering individual, couples, and family counseling to people navigating life’s challenges and transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, working through relationship struggles, or simply trying to find your direction in life, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling from Faulkner University, and I’m passionate about helping adults, couples, and teens move toward emotional wellness, healthier relationships, and a greater sense of purpose. I also work closely with teenagers facing common adolescent concerns such as identity exploration, peer pressure, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges, providing a safe space to express themselves and build emotional resilience.

In addition to therapy, I’m a committed victims’ rights advocate, and I believe in standing alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and reclaim their voice. As a LGBTQIA2S+ ally, I create an inclusive, judgment-free space for clients of all identities and backgrounds.

When I’m not in session, I prioritize my own self-care by enjoying music, spending quality time with my spouse and children, and staying intentional about doing the things that bring me joy. I’m here to walk with you through the hard seasons—whether it’s rebuilding trust, finding clarity, or simply learning how to breathe again—and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.
