Oddesty K. is the Founder of Oddesty K. & Associates and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, clinically trained to help individuals dealing with mental health and life concerns. Having overcome anxiety and depression, she is no stranger to the process of therapy and utilizes her education, training, expertise as well as her lived experience to ensure quality treatment for clients.
Oddesty specializes in care for individuals dealing with a variety of life and mental health concerns. Her areas of specialization include: Perinatal mental health, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma (including PTSD), Relational Concerns, Grief and E-quine assisted therapy.
For over 10 years, Oddesty has made it her business to educate, enhance and encourage in the areas of mental health, spiritual well-being and physical fitness. She is committed to showing up for her clients by meeting them where they are and helping push them to their next level in life, which is her calling: To enhance, encourage and empower individuals to live their best lives, now!
Oddesty is committed to not only providing none-judgmental, quality care to each of her clients and creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard and valued, but also to ensuring the same in all care received with Oddesty K & Associates.
Oddesty is a graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a concentration in Social Psychology and a minor in Women's Studies. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University with an added specialization in working with military families. Oddesty is currently a Doctoral student pursuing her PhD. in Counseling Psychology, where her area of research focuses on Intergenerational Trauma.
Oddesty also a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200), practicing and teaching trauma informed yoga locally and virtually. She is trained in perinatal mental health treatment as well as a certified Social Emotional Learning Facilitator and a health coach.

Initial Intake Appointment: $200
60 Minute Therapy Appointment: $180 Per 60- Minute Session
45 Minute Therapy Appointment: $160 Per 45- Minute Session
