Healing While Parenting: Managing Your Triggers

Parenting exposes the wounds you didn’t even know were still there.
This 90-minute live virtual workshop will help you understand why your child’s behaviors activate your deepest triggers, and give you practical tools to respond instead of react.

In this intimate, therapist-led session, you will learn how to:

  • Identify where your parenting triggers come from

  • Understand how your nervous system responds to stress

  • Break patterns you inherited and never asked for

  • Regulate your emotions in real time (even during meltdowns)

  • Repair and reconnect with your child after conflict

  • Parent from a place of healing instead of survival mode

This session is compassionate, culturally aware, faith-friendly, and judgment-free.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more capable of raising emotionally healthy kids — even while you’re still healing yourself.

$35 per person • 90 minutes • Live on Zoom
