Heshakia Garrett, ALC

Therapist under the supervision of Oddesty K Langham, LPC-S (Supervision License # SC03430)

Hi, I’m a therapist passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, behavioral concerns, and other issues. I hold a BA in Psychology from Neumann University, a MS in Clinical Psychology from Capella University and a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

I understand firsthand the pressures that come with life transitions and the struggles of balancing personal and professional responsibilities. As a working mother to three young children, I know how important it is to prioritize self-care, resilience, and creating a healthy balance. This perspective helps me support my clients with understanding and compassion as they work through their own challenges.

Whether you're dealing with academic struggles, family issues, social pressures, or trying to navigate your mental health concerns, I’m here to help you build strategies to manage and improve your well-being. My approach is to empower you with the tools and support you need to take control of your mental health journey, feel more in charge of your emotions, and ultimately lead a more fulfilling life.

In my own life, I unwind through crafting, which lets me tap into creativity and find joy in the small moments. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and healing, and I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey toward becoming your best self.
